The basics that will help you change yourself for the better!

We use the selfie camera to count the number of push-ups and time in the plank. Just place the phone in front of you on the floor, press "Start" and take the right stand so that your face is in the frame of the selfie-camera. The workout will start automatically.
Have a quick workout or create a regular one with advanced options. Add your favorite motivating music to the playlist and it will automatically start when you start your workout.
By the way, this is where the push-ups are counted at the top point. By the way, we register push-ups exactly at the top point. So, while some people count how many times you fell, we count how many times you got up. We will be glad to see your success in our Leaderboard!

Workouts

The key to success is regularity! So does Tabata.
Add regular workouts with advanced options. All scheduled workouts will be displayed as circles on the central 24-hour time circle (separately for each activity).

Achive and win!

Compare your daily progress with the results of your friends and other users in our Leaderboad. Check your achievements using Statistics (including its extended version).
All usefull information is always with vou right on the main screen! Registration via Game Center account.

Helpful hints

Control your breath during push-ups! Go down - inhale, go up - exhale.
Be objective about your strengths. Don't overexert.
Stop exercising immediately at the first sign of pain or other serious discomfort! 
Graduality is another key to success!
By the way, you can also end your workout by simply lifting your phone.
